Yoga, Meditation & Inner Healing
03-07 JUNE 2027
MADEIRA, PORTUGAL
You wake up in the quiet hills of Madeira, and instead of rushing to check your phone or emails, you hear birds singing and feel the soft morning light through your window.
There is nowhere to rush to. No deadlines waiting. No one needing your attention before you have even taken your first breath. Everything is taken care of.
Yoga. Meditation. Breathwork. Nourishing food. Self-awareness workshops. Time in nature. Quiet afternoons to recharge.
The day unfolds slowly. You move, reflect, rest and begin to notice what your body and mind have been trying to tell you. There is time to pause. Time to breathe. Time to move from autopilot into presence, from disconnection into reconnection, from rushing through life into a softer and more sustainable rhythm.
As evening arrives, the day closes with nourishing food, warm conversations and the peaceful rhythm of Madeira around you. You return to your room feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself than you have in a long time.
Another day of pausing, reconnecting and finding the courage to A.R.I.S.E.

What to expect from this retreat...
A very intimate retreat in Madeira for women who want to move from feeling tired, disconnected and caught in the constant rush of everyday life to feeling rested, reconnected and grounded in who they truly are.
You are a woman who gives a lot. You show up for work, family, responsibilities and the people around you. You keep going, even when your body is asking you to slow down. You may have created a life that looks full from the outside, but inside, you are craving something different.
You are craving…
✨ A deeper connection with yourself
You notice that so much of your day is spent doing, planning, helping, fixing or thinking about what comes next. You wake up tired, move through your routine, answer the messages, meet the deadlines and keep everything going. But somewhere in the middle of it all, you have stopped asking yourself how you really feel. This retreat gives you space to pause, listen to your body and begin showing up for yourself with more honesty, kindness and awareness.
✨ Space to breathe and slow down
Life can start to feel like a race — always rushing, always available, always trying to keep up. Even when you rest, your mind is still busy. You may tell yourself you cannot meditate or switch off because there is always another thought, another worry, another responsibility. Here, you will be gently guided through breathwork, yoga, meditation and quiet moments in nature so your body can soften and your mind can begin to settle.
✨ A sense of reconnection
When life feels full, it is easy to become disconnected from your needs, your emotions and the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside. You may feel like you are constantly giving, but not receiving the support, space or care you need. SHE A.R.I.S.E. offers a calm and supportive environment where you can reconnect with yourself, with nature and with a small group of women who understand what it feels like to be tired from work, responsibilities and the pressure of everyday life.
✨ Clarity about what you need next
Sometimes you do not need a dramatic life change — you simply need space to hear yourself again. Through personal-development workshops based on the A.R.I.S.E. method, reflection, sharing circles and guided practices, you will be invited to explore what feels heavy, what needs your attention and what may be ready to shift. This is a space to understand yourself more deeply, without judgement or pressure to have all the answers.
✨ A retreat where you are held, nourished and supported
For a few days, you do not have to organise everything, hold everything together or be available for everyone else. Your meals are prepared. Your practices are guided. Your days have a gentle rhythm. There is time for yoga, meditation, breathwork, nature walks, silent walking meditation, energy healing, rest and quiet afternoons to recharge. You can simply arrive, breathe and allow yourself to receive.
✨ A softer, more sustainable way to return home
This retreat is not just about feeling good for a few days. It is about taking home simple practices and inner awareness that support you beyond Madeira. You will be guided through the A.R.I.S.E. journey — from autopilot to presence, from disconnection to reconnection, from rushing to slowing down, from self-doubt to self-trust, and from feeling limited to feeling more open, grounded and expansive.
And yet… you keep finding yourself trapped in the same cycle, feeling further and further away from yourself.
There is a reason this keeps happening. And I know exactly why.

Why you may be feeling disconnected...
You may not be able to identify one specific reason. From the outside, life continues as normal—you work, care for others, manage your responsibilities and keep moving forward. But inside, you may feel tired, distant from yourself or unsure of what you truly need.
1. You rarely have uninterrupted space for yourself.
Even when you finally stop, your mind is still busy. There is always something to organise, someone who needs you, a message to answer or another task waiting for your attention. Your body may be resting, but internally you are already thinking about what comes next. Over time, this can make it difficult to hear your own needs and feel truly present with yourself.
2. You are trying to reconnect in the same environment that has been draining you.
You may try to rest at home, take a short walk, meditate for a few minutes or promise yourself that you will slow down later. But you are still surrounded by the same routines, responsibilities, noise and expectations that keep pulling you back into autopilot. Sometimes you do not need another quick self-care moment. You need real space, nature, quiet and a different rhythm.
3. You are living mostly from your mind.
Much of your day may be spent thinking, planning, analysing, remembering and trying to keep everything together. You may search for clarity by thinking harder, but the more you overthink, the further away you can feel from your intuition, emotions and body. Reconnection begins when you allow yourself to move out of constant thinking and return to what you can feel.
4. You have been carrying more than you realise.
Stress, responsibilities, expectations and unprocessed emotions can slowly build up.
You may continue showing up, supporting others and doing what needs to be done, without noticing how tired or emotionally distant you have become.
isconnection is not a failure. It may simply be your body and mind asking you to pause, soften and come back to yourself.
What you need is a supportive retreat space where you can step away from the demands of daily life and enter an environment that gently guides you back to yourself. A place where nature surrounds you, the women beside you understand, nourishing meals are prepared with care, each practice is thoughtfully guided, and your nervous system is finally given permission to soften, release and breathe.
This is exactly why I created SHE A.R.I.S.E. Retreat.
I know what it feels like to move through life on autopilot — balancing work, motherhood, relationships, responsibilities and the desire to build something meaningful, while still trying to take care of everyone and everything around me. I know what it feels like to keep going because “there is no time” to stop, to ignore the tension in the body, to push feelings aside, and to realise that somewhere along the way, you have become disconnected from yourself.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy healing and deeper self-awareness, something within me began to shift. It felt as though I had been living in a room filled with noise, unable to hear my own voice, and these practices slowly opened a window.
I learned to listen inwardly again and understand what my body had been trying to tell me. I began trusting myself more deeply. I realised that slowing down was not a sign of weakness and that rest was not something I needed to earn. Little by little, I started clearing away the noise and rebuilding a relationship with myself that felt softer, more honest and deeply connected.
That is the journey I now want to share with other women.
Inside SHE A.R.I.S.E. Retreat, you will be guided through the A.R.I.S.E. method — from autopilot to presence, from disconnection to reconnection, from rushing to slowing down, from self-doubt to self-trust, and from feeling limited to becoming more open, grounded and expansive.
This is not just a retreat.
It is a space to pause, breathe, be held, reconnect with yourself and find the courage to rise again.

SHE A.R.I.S.E. Retreat
A retreat experience designed to help you pause, reconnect with yourself and rise again through yoga, breathwork, meditation, nature, energy healing, self-awareness workshops and intentional connection.
Learn how to:
✨ Move from autopilot to presence
— Instead of waking up tired, rushing into your day, checking your phone before you have even taken a breath, or moving through life without really feeling present, you will learn how to pause, listen inwardly and notice what your body and mind have been trying to tell you.
✨ Reconnect with yourself on a deeper level
— So you can begin to understand your needs, your emotions and the parts of you that may have been pushed aside while you were busy working, caring, organising and showing up for everyone else.
✨ Slow down without guilt
— Instead of feeling like life is a constant race, you will be guided through practices that support a softer rhythm: morning breathwork, yoga, meditation, silent walking, rest, reflection and time in nature.
✨ Rebuild trust in yourself
— So you can stop second-guessing your needs, your choices and your inner voice, and begin returning home with simple practices that support you beyond the retreat.
✨ Feel lighter, calmer and more connected
— Through nourishing food, guided practices, sharing circles, energy healing and the peaceful surroundings of Madeira, you will be invited to release what feels heavy and reconnect with the woman beneath the pressure, responsibility and noise.
✨ Expand into a more grounded version of yourself
— Not by forcing, fixing or pushing yourself to become someone else, but by creating space to breathe, soften, listen and rise into the version of you that feels more open, clear and alive.

Where the Retreat Takes Place
Tucked away in the peaceful hills of Prazeres, on the west side of Madeira Island, this retreat home is the perfect place to pause, rest and reconnect.
Surrounded by fresh mountain air, green landscapes and the gentle rhythm of island life, Prazeres offers the calm and space your body and mind have been craving. Just below, you will find Jardim do Mar, one of Madeira’s most charming coastal villages, known for its ocean views, quiet streets and dramatic Atlantic coastline.
Here, you have the best of both worlds: the stillness of the hills and the grounding energy of the sea.
During the retreat, you will have space to enjoy the pool, green areas, peaceful corners for reflection, nourishing meals, guided practices and moments of stillness surrounded by nature.
Each room offers simplicity, comfort and character, with windows that frame the landscape like a living portrait — creating a calm space to rest.
Staying here is part of the retreat experience itself — a place where the air feels softer, the mornings feel slower, and your body can finally begin to exhale.

I am Sandra Sapeta and I was born and raised in Madeira, surrounded by mountains, ocean rhythm of life. When I moved to London, I began again from the ground up. I arrived with determination, ambition and a willingness to work hard, starting as a cleaner before building a career in engineering and progressing into a senior leadership position as Head of a department.
From the outside, I was succeeding. I was building a career, leading , solving problems and constantly working towards the next goal. But like many women, I became very good at functioning while quietly becoming disconnected from myself.
I was often living from my mind—planning, analysing, organising and carrying responsibility. I knew how to keep going, but I did not always know how to pause. I could support the people around me, manage pressure and meet expectations, while overlooking what my own body and emotions were asking for.
Yoga became the place where I could finally hear myself again.
What began as a physical practice slowly became something much deeper. Through movement, breathwork and meditation, I started to recognise how much I had been carrying. I began to understand that slowing down was not weakness, rest was not something I had to earn, and wellbeing could not be reduced to simply pushing through until the next break.
This experience led me to study and explore wellbeing more deeply. I trained as a yoga teacher and later expanded my work through health coaching, mindfulness, mental health first aid and energy healing. I have taught individuals and groups, delivered workplace wellbeing sessions and supported people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and trauma through community and voluntary programmes.
My professional life has also given me a deep understanding of pressure. I know what it feels like to work in demanding environments, manage competing responsibilities, support others and still feel that there is never enough time. I understand the pressure many women place on themselves to be capable, productive, caring and composed—even when they are exhausted underneath.
Motherhood brought another layer to this journey.
It changed my body, my routines, my priorities and the way I understood rest. It reminded me that we move through different seasons in life, and that the version of us who survived one chapter may need new forms of support in the next. I learned that reconnecting with yourself is not about returning to who you were before. It is about meeting who you are now with honesty, compassion and curiosity.
Over time, all these experiences began to come together: the discipline and leadership of my professional career, the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness, the practical tools of health coaching, the emotional awareness of mental health work and the deeper connection I experienced through energy healing.
This became the foundation of the A.R.I.S.E. method and the inspiration behind the She A.R.I.S.E. retreat.
I created this retreat for women who are strong, caring and capable, but who have spent so much time supporting everyone else that they have begun to lose touch with themselves. Women who may not need to be fixed, but who need space—space to breathe, soften, be supported and listen inwardly again.
She A.R.I.S.E. is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself in the place where my own story began: Madeira.
