Yoga & Mindfulness 

Sessions combine gentle movement, breath awareness, and guided mindfulness practices to release physical tension, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your body. No previous experience is required — each session is adapted to your comfort and ability.

Energy Healing

Sessions are calm and restorative, focusing on energetic balance and deep relaxation. You remain fully clothed while gentle, non-intrusive techniques are used to support emotional release, grounding, and inner alignment in a peaceful environment.
