My journey
I began my career in the construction and engineering industry, working in fast-paced environments where deadlines, responsibility, and performance were constant. Over time, I recognised how unmanaged stress and overlooked health habits quietly impact clarity, energy, and long-term wellbeing.
This real-world experience led me to integrate holistic health, mindfulness, and behaviour change methodologies alongside my technical background — creating the foundation of The Healthy Key.

About Sandra
In 2012, I arrived in London determined to build a better future. I began my career working as a cleaner and, through resilience and discipline, progressed into the engineering and construction industry, where I now work as Head of CAD/BIM Engineering Consultancy leading teams with precision and strategic focus.
Alongside my technical career, I discovered yoga in 2018 — a practice that gradually evolved into a deeper commitment to wellbeing. After completing my yoga teacher training and delivering over 1,000 hours of teaching, I recognised the value of integrating mental, physical, and emotional balance into everyday life.
Today, I combine my professional background with health coaching, mindfulness, and holistic practices through The Healthy Key — an approach designed to help professionals and individuals reduce stress, restore clarity, and build sustainable energy without unrealistic expectations or drastic lifestyle changes.
