In 2012, I arrived in London with nothing but determination and a desire to build a better life. Starting as a cleaner, I learned firsthand the power of resilience and hard work. Today, as Head of CAD/BIM Engineering Consultancy, I lead teams with precision and vision—but my true passion lies in helping others unlock their fullest potential through wellness and balance.
My journey into health and wellness began in 2018 when I discovered yoga. What started as a personal practice quickly became a calling. After completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training and accumulating over 1,000 hours of teaching, I realized that true transformation comes from integrating mind, body, and spirit.
Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise with health coaching certifications and energy healing training, crafting a unique approach I call The Healthy Key. This system blends over 30 powerful wellness modalities into a personalized plan designed to fit your unique lifestyle, goals, and challenges.
