1. General Overview

2. Consumer Cooling-Off Period (Distance Contracts)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of online booking to cancel for a full refund, provided the service has not yet commenced (e.g., your first session hasn't taken place). If the service has begun within those 14 days, only a pro-rata refund applies.
3. 1:1 Appointments (Health Coaching, Yoga, Energy Healing)

4. Group Classes, Workshops & Online Events

5. Retreats & Multi-Day Events
Reflecting common practice among UK providers, your retreat cancellation terms are:

Cancellations 60 days or more before start: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit

30–59 days prior: 50% refund (including deposit)

Less than 30 days: No refund, but you may transfer your spot if resold.
Retreat deposits are non-refundable in all cases.
6. Programme & Package Booking

Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once started.

Cancellations before commencement may receive partial refunds minus admin fees.

Medical exceptions (illness, injury) may be granted on a case-by-case basis (with documentation).
7. Digital Products & Downloads
Digital content (eBooks, recordings, etc.) is non-refundable once accessed, per Consumer Contracts Regulations exceptions for digital goods.
8. Event Cancellations by Us
If we cancel an event (class, workshop, retreat), you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. We’re not liable for travel-related costs or other incurred expenses.
9. Transfer & Substitute Bookings
