1. General Overview

This policy applies to all services offered by [Your Business Name], including 1:1 coaching, yoga, energy healing, workshops, online programmes, retreats, and other events. Booking any service constitutes acceptance of this policy and UK consumer rights.

 

2. Consumer Cooling-Off Period (Distance Contracts)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of online booking to cancel for a full refund, provided the service has not yet commenced (e.g., your first session hasn't taken place). If the service has begun within those 14 days, only a pro-rata refund applies.

 

3. 1:1 Appointments (Health Coaching, Yoga, Energy Healing)

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in no refund or 50% charge.

  • No-shows are non-refundable in full.

 

4. Group Classes, Workshops & Online Events

  • 48 hours’ notice needed for full refund or free transfer.

  • Within 48 hours: no refund, unless space is filled (then full refund minus admin).

  • If we cancel, you can choose a reschedule or full refund.

 

5. Retreats & Multi-Day Events

Reflecting common practice among UK providers, your retreat cancellation terms are:

  • Cancellations 60 days or more before start: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit

  • 30–59 days prior: 50% refund (including deposit)

  • Less than 30 days: No refund, but you may transfer your spot if resold.

Retreat deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

 

6. Programme & Package Booking

  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once started.

  • Cancellations before commencement may receive partial refunds minus admin fees.

  • Medical exceptions (illness, injury) may be granted on a case-by-case basis (with documentation).

 

7. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital content (eBooks, recordings, etc.) is non-refundable once accessed, per Consumer Contracts Regulations exceptions for digital goods.

 

8. Event Cancellations by Us

If we cancel an event (class, workshop, retreat), you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. We’re not liable for travel-related costs or other incurred expenses.

 

9. Transfer & Substitute Bookings

  • For retreats, you may transfer your booking to someone else, subject to approval and a £XX admin fee, if done 30+ days before start.

  • Transfers are dependent on availability.

 

10. Rescheduling by You

  • Same notice conditions apply:

    • ≥60 days (retreats) or ≥48h (others): no penalty

    • Shorter notice: subject to charges per sections above
